Ethen and Cory did a fantastic job installing my island countertop! I came home from work and was beyond amazed with how great my countertop looked. Will definitely be returning to cutting edge for the rest of my kitchen countertops, and hopefully Ethen and Cory will be there to install! They did perfect and even left a nice mug. Thanks guys!
Pretty unfriendly, we ended up going to Lowe’s. They carry the exact same brand ,cheaper with installation included. If he was friendlier, he would’ve got our $8000 purchase . That guy just complained that We didn’t have an appointment and he had to work on Saturday. We were the only people in there.
The surface of the stone was rough, it felt like sand. I have called several times about the seams coming apart and requesting replacement. After spending several thousands of dollars, you would think we would get a better service and for Cutting Edge to stand behind their workman ship and product.
I wish I could leave 0 stars. This process has been a nightmare from the beginning. It started off with the person who was supposed to come measure completely missed the appointment so I had to reschedule for another day which resulted in having to take 2 separate days off of work. During this time no one at the company would answer the phone. When the appointment finally took place, the employee used my microwave for personal food without asking.
