Well my experiance with this business does not match the supposed all 5 star reviews about this place. On Dec 16, 2024, I replied to a Facebook market place posting for an enclosed trailer. When I received a reply, it was from a lady named Heather. After a few messages, she provided me a phone number. I called it and spoke with her. buyer beware absolutely the worst experience I could possibly imagine. First I order a trailer of particular color and style and they build the wrong one. They tell me the one I wanted will cost more money, but I wanted it and I paid the difference even though they said they would split it with me for the Misunderstanding. I meet them halfway drive it home with no issues that I was aware of. A few weeks later, I have to take it to Indiana. We load up get about 60 miles down the road and one of the brakes locks up. Wow. I'm so glad I found Cutting Edge. I had been looking for new and used trailers for a couple of months and was about tired of it. Cutting Edge came in with such a great price I couldn't refuse it. And Heather...THAT girl goes above and beyond. It's really getting rare to find customer service like this. I swear that girl works 24-7. I'm super proud towing around my shiny new black trailer. You guys build nice stuff and I don't say that lightly. Thanks again. When I need another one, you're my peeps!
