The Cutting Edge team did an amazing job on my addition and whole house remodel. We couldn't be happier with our extensive renovation, and they did the whole project according to the schedule that they provided on day one. Not only did they did they provide solid construction and practical advice, they and their teams were responsive, helpful, courteous and flexible during our complicated project.
Got led down a rabbit trail and they went back on their word to hold out for someone with more $ despite verbally acknowledging our plan exceeding the minimum requirements of the bylaws. Very disappointing experience, as well as their claim to be "custom" is really only modifying a series of existing plans.
