Worst customer service. Eric is Not punctual with appointment times. Made me sit there for more than an hour of my appointment time. My haircut was very important because of some special occasion. Came out without haircut. Don’t book someone’s appointment if you cannot do that.
I had a great experience with Kadillac at the barbershop. My brother and I were both long overdue for haircuts after traveling in from New York City, and he absolutely took care of us. From the moment we sat down, Kadillac was friendly, welcoming, and very professional.
