Booked an appointment and paid using booksi, arrived on time, and the barber that accepted my appointment didn’t show up to work that day. The owner said that barber has a history of doing that ( yet still allows barbers to behave like that and work out of his shop) when I brought up how a barber’s behavior has a reflection on his his barber shop, he seemed to care less. He told me he would make it right and cut my hair. He gave me the worst hair cut of my life. Avoid this place.
