Cutting Edge 4x4 is a joke. Owner / Manager - Casey puts up a good front on how great they are until he gets your money. He easily took $5,000 from us to put the new bumpers on our vehicle and said the parts will be ordered and he will call us when they came in. After waiting several weeks without any call from them, we tried to call Casey only to have someone else answer the phone and of course Casey was always busy and never returned our calls. I won't go into all of the details, but will echo some of the other reviewers observations: Not responsive, over-commits, under-delivers. When one spends over $20K on a Jeep project, one expects the shop doing the work to be motivated to do a good job. Not the case here. Jeep has been undrivable ever since the work was done at Cutting Edge. The won't honor their warranty, and they won't return calls or texts. The AZ Jeeping community is closely knit... Ask around about this shop before you consider having work done there.
Horrible shop. Poor customer service. Numerous phone calls and emails to the shop. Not a single phone call in return. People, please check their feedback before bring your car down there.
I specifically asked them to give me a call before make any repair. They went ahead and repaired without my approval. They charged me crap load of money for something i did not approve. Casey is a good scam artist. Do not trust this guy.
They ripped people off. Over charged their work..Unprofessional

If i could change the 1 star to ZERO star rating I would...UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND OVER CHARGED for thing they did not work on...STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP
