These people do not listen to instructions. I came in today looking for a MINOR trim, I told the stylist what I wanted, and when she was done it was 1" to 1 1/2" shorter than I wanted it. I was trying to grow it out to a LONGER style, but now I am back to a geeky looking short haircut again. I never wear it with the ears cut out, but that's what I have now. To top it all off the owner doesn't seem to care! Don't worry, I won't be back!
