I went for the first time thinking I had found a hairdresser that really understood wavy hair (lots of pictures of wavy hair posted). Where the color came out looking great, the cut is not only not at all what I asked for but is quite uneven and choppy. I’ll be heading to another salon to hopefully get the cut blended enough to let the much too short chunks grow out. Definitely torn because the color (which was a complicated job) was on point but the cut was not the same caliber.

Here at Verseau, it saddens us when we can not satisfy every guests requests. For this guest, we did an in depth consultation about cut and color. For the cut, several pictures were shown of inverted bob stacks, short hair and a decent amount of layering throughout. The stylist did her best to execute this look and spent 5 hours accommodating this guest. Erica Richardson and her lovely assistant Frankie gave me the best service today! I am so in love with the color and cut they gave me! They lightened my hair with highlights that look natural. I feel like a goddess and will return to them for my future hair needs! An appointment with them is worth every penny!
Went today and I am SO SO SO happy with my results! Jessica did my hair and did something so magical! Thank you again! Always good to see her and catch up! Felt like a total spa treatment!

I had a really bad experience with a stylist at another salon. She did some major cut damage to my hair. I found Alie a week later( New Years Eve Day!) and I am so happy I did. She was honest and compassionate about what needed to be done to get my hair fixed. She did a great job and I’m already feeling and looking better. Thank you Alie! Your stuck me with me now!
