Cuttinup Barbershop is hands down one of the best barbershops I’ve been to. Eric, the owner, is incredibly skilled and clearly takes pride in his craft, every detail of the cut was on point. What really stood out was how much he genuinely cares about his customers; he went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. I got a great airport $45 only. Everyone was friendly, especially the owner Eric, who is an army veteran. Also gave me free bumps cream.
“touchedbyskyyy” on instagram took my deposit then stopped responding. I attempted to contact her THREE times on imessage and instagram. It’s really about the principle; don’t take my money without any intention to go through with the service. It’s giving scam🤷🏾♀️ Update: Thanks to the owner, my deposit has been returned. For overall customer service from the salon (instead of letting one stylist hinder the salon), I’ll bump my previous 1-star to a 4-star review. Just off of the SIMPLE response from the salon. Thank you.
