I walked in and was sort of ignored, I couldn't find where you order from, finally a girl making coffee behind the counter sort of asks me and I can barely hear her. Another girl comes out of nowhere and puts the order into the system. I used the restroom (which was also pretty gross and dirty), and when I came out to get my coffee i couldn't find it anywhere. Drive through is VERY slow
I'm not paying 8 dollars for a coffee when you add mostly foam to my drink to scam customers. This used to be a favorite treat, no more.
I’m just curious. Is the drive-through line always extremely slow? What is the maximum time I should expect to wait. I have attempted to come 3xs now and have had to leave the drive-through each time because I am 5 cars behind and within 10 minutes, only 1 has been served.
This location is hit and miss. Sometimes it is great. Other times they make your drink wrong including wrong size and real milk when you ordered an alternative. Gig Harbor locations are more reliable.
