Excellent Everytime! – I have been dining at Cutters for more than 15 years and I return for the same reasons! Service, Menu choices and great food. The menu selection is diverse and well executed. Rather someone in the group wants seafood, a steak, or pasta there are choices for everyone. I also love the Sushi here, very fresh. My extended family lives in Everett and I can always get them into Seattle if the plan is dining at Cutters! They can't resist the smoked salmon chowder. Worst Service - on multiple occasions! – This place has twice now given me some of the worst service I have ever experienced. After 45 min went by after ordering soup/salad combo (both myself and my guest), the waitress kept coming by to fill up our water but never once mentioned anything like, "it's on its way" or "sorry for the delay." Fine customer service, great food – I went to Cutter's last night with my husband and 7 year old daughter. We had a great salmon dinner with heirloom tomatoes and fingerling potatoes. I had the strawberries & greens salad dressed with white balsamic vinaigrette--delicious! Daughter had fettucine alfredo from the children's menu, which she liked. Delicious Crab! – I disagree with what this other person said. I don't think Cutters is anything like "Joe's Crab Shack". I had a delicious crab there with my husband and he never eats crab! The staff was indeed friendly and the view was wonderful. Their salad was wonderful and the shrimp was cooked to perfection. Even after a rich meal, we still had room for the wonderful choice of deserts. My husband and I had a great time there and we look forward to another visit.
A Glorified Denny's – I'm amazed by what I've read here. I can only assume folks with a vested interest in the place are writing these reviews. Pros: the view is nice, if you're seated at the window. The staff is VERY friendly and efficient. i would like to clear up some issues i've read about in the reviews regarding parking. partial parking validation is available when you park at the Market Place garage below cutter's. go west (toward the water) down lenora st., past western ave. (past cost plus on the right). it looks like a dead end, but you can take a left into the garage, take the elevator up to cutter's, and bring your ticket up to get stamped. partial validation is 2 and a half hours for $1 if you enter the garage after 4:00pm. enter the garage before 4... read more
