I have to say I purchased a program through sign warehouse. I have always bought things through cutter pros. sign warehouse has awful tech support as in none! won't even help with setup of program I purchased through them! cutter pros Jennifer and ry have been so helpful in trying to help me get this set up even though it wasn't purchased through them! should've stayed with them to begin with! learned lesson! sign warehouse can stick it with their expensive tech support program for something you just bought from them!
