The service at Volvo has always been subpar but now it is even worse than ever. Calling for an appointment I was connected with an AI bot which got me nowhere. I had to leave my callback number and have my fingers crossed that they will actually call me back. It’s sad that such a solid vehicle has such poor management in Honolulu.
Girlie helped me purchase a very nice pre-owned 2021 volvo xc60. After having a million issues with a Toyota I purchased from another dealership, the ease and honesty in the sale and fluidity of the purchase was much appreciated. I highly recommend this dealership. I wanted a car I won't have to worry about and that's what I got. Solid, reliable, safe and sporty.
