I went to Volvo service to get codes cleared for our front camera system. I worked with Jaypee for the vehicle intake process, where he told me that code diagnostics could not be done on Saturdays and that must have been a mistake of the service scheduling department. However, I expressed that I had to get the car serviced before the window could be replaced the following Monday. Jaypee understood my concerns and worked to resolve the issue. My service light is on for two issues and when I called to make an appt to bring the car in, the soonest they can look at the car is 5 weeks from now. That is insane and unacceptable. I guess if you live in Hawaii don’t buy a Volvo and if you moving here with a Volvo, you may want to sell it before.
Girlie is awesome, kind and professional. Great customer service, excellent indeed. She has a sincere smile and that’s not usual in this industry!!!!! Great car selection too.
This is our fourth Volvo and first in over 20 years. Some things are clearly worth waiting for. Major amounts of Mahalo to Girlie Mabry who was incredibly helpful throughout the purchase and delivery process. Our 2025.5 Volvo XC90 T8 plug in hybrid is just the perfect SUV for Hawaii. Easily fits all the visiting family and friends while getting great mileage especially when the battery is fully charged. The T8 has 455 hp and 523 ft-lbs of torque. Bought a new XC60 and had a coupe issues with it, so I called the Volvo dealership over THIRTY times and never got through over the course of weeks. I left messages with service and management and never got a response in spite of leaving multiple messages. This is by far the worst dealership in terms of service I have ever come across. If you buy a Volvo in Hawaii, sorry, friend, but you're on your own.
