I have been calling **** for 3 weeks. The man who answers the service line is extremely respectful. However, the person who is supposed to call me back never does. I've called the main line and was transferred to the finance department as well, still no call back. I have a transmission leak and Im wondering if I am still under warranty. Extremely frustrating. Spoke with Mrs. ************* and was able to resolve her concerns. I also sent her all her repair invoices and warranty details.

My complaint is with **** cutter service center. Every time I have taken my car to Cutter Ford *************** I end up returning the vehicle back immediately due to poor workmanship. Also, the lack of transparency and substandard communication between me and my service counselor have made each visit frustrating. I constantly feel like I am having to extract information rather than receiving clear updates. 11 minutes ago I bought a vehicle from this establishment back in early November 2020. They tacked on a huge dealership mark up since it was specialty vehicle. There were damages found during my inspection after purchasing the vehicle. It's been over 10 weeks from the time of purchase and the damages are not repaired. Mr. Yoshida has agreed to receive a touch-up pen for the minor chips at the doors edge. Purchased new F-250, but when picking up the truck for delivery 7 days after purchase the Salesman found bumper damage just prior to driving the new truck off the dealership lot. The dealership ordered a new bumper, but the replacement would take two days which required a loss of income for my self employed son. Cutter Ford did accommodate customer professionally. Damage to the bumper was noted at time of delivery and an appointment was set to repair. Customer did not want any down time, so Cutter Ford gave customer a rental during the repair period. This was to allow the minimum amount of down time for the customer.
