Piss poor service department. I made a reservation appointment time with the service department for 7:30am on 04/12/2021 to get the oil changed in my SUV and also have the tires rotated. I show up on-time for my appointment and I am told that it will only take an hour or so. I didn't seem to mind since I had to go to work anyway and wouldn't be able to pick up my SUV until lunch time. I come back at 12:20pm to find out that my car is not done yet, mind you it was only for an oil change and tire rotation and nothing else.... read more
