Horrible customer service. 8 foot sheet comes rolled up in 2'x2' box, has crease in middle. I email .. get response 2 days later to call, I call and basically am told by rep "Bambi" that this is the way the "industry" ships aluminum and if I dont like it to send it it back. No offer of any other type to keep customer retention, just, send it back! WOW... speechless. Was going to order a ton of stuff for my 1300 sq foot garage, but guess I will look elsewhere! Sad.
