Candy, who took care of my hair, was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She listened carefully, worked with so much care, and the result was absolutely amazing. Do not go here. Hairdresser ignored what I asked for and did what she felt my thick hair needed deeming it “too heavy on my head”. I displayed no issues with the thickness of my hair. She cut so much more than i asked, gave me large layers around my whole head and used thinning scissors on my whole head which ruins the thickness. After telling her she was going to short and that I didn’t like the layers she argued and argued to my face. After she was done she said “there now it’s not too heavy”, I lost half my hair.
