Cuts and Creations is going through a rebrand with new young owners. They are giving the shop a urban look with art work on the walls, multiple fish tanks, and new hair stylist that are equipped to do different hair styles. There may be times when the shop is playing music, but that's because it sets the urban barbershop aura that is the new face of the barbershop.
