Truly the worst experience with a mechanic we have ever had! Our shifter mysteriously broke while in their care (they fixed a front fender). It was working perfectly prior to the car being in their care and they admit this. Now it is broken and they are changing their story about what happened and are denying all responsibility, insisting on us paying over $1,000 extra to fix it, or several hundred to even try to diagnose it with me.
