Got a new job yesterday and had to cancel my baylage last minute, so i called to apologize and reshedule but the women on the phone decided to chastise me and interupt every other word i said with astonishment at my needing to cancel. EXCUSE ME! Maybe get some stylists with a little more class or a receptionist that doesn't sound like pill popping granny!
