Awful experience with Melissa! I scheduled an appointment for Thursday at 2:30. I get a text 10 min before the appointment,after I’m clearly already on my way, that she needed to reschedule due to being far behind schedule. I had already rescheduled my day for this appointment. I agreed to come back on Saturday at 5. I texted that morning around 8:30 and then again at 10:30 when I hadn’t received a response. Six hours later I still never got a response. Meelissa hoover is wonderful, I love my new color. She always makes me feel beautiful,and everyone at her shop is super sweet. I will be back for summer highlights,she always takes her time and when she gets done I’m perfect!!!!

I have wavered on writing a review but decided to share my experience on Friday... to start Melissa did an adequate job on my hair, she trimmed and thinned my hair to correct an uneven haircut I gave myself and added two purple streaks framing my face. If you like canceled appointments, poor service, and empty assurances, well this is definitely the place to go. If you actually want what you paid for... good luck. Dreadful. Addendum: Melissa has made repeated promises to refund half the amount of the gift certificate purchase I made. It's been weeks, with numerous reminders from us. I just turned the matter over to the Better Business Bureau. Cut'n Loose, you need to learn how to honor your commitments to your clients.
Just got my hair cut and colored by Melissa!!! Love, Love my new color and cut..Awesome... Everyone there is so nice and it's such a pretty place.. I'll be going back and I'm telling all my friends...�

Best cuts in the business by the one and only Tabitha K March! Perfection! She doesn't worry about how long it takes, she worries about the quality of the cut! Make sure to ask for the straight razor shave! Best in town!
