Natalie was a great host for 6 hours. She listened to what I wanted, was thorough but didn’t waste time, was personable but wasn’t pushy when we had breaks in conversation, and ultimately gave me a cut and color I’m proud of. This is my third time coming to Cutloose and each person- but especially Natalie- has made me feel like I’m in their own living room being taken care of by a friend.

Before booking, I specifically asked the receptionist whether the stylist had experience working with fine, straight, dense hair. That was my main concern. Instead of answering that directly, I was told he had “many years of experience,” which felt extremely dismissive and I should’ve never booked in the first place. I got a mullet haircut from Hannah. She cut it exactly like what I asked for. She had great attention to detail. I enjoyed our conversation too. I got a lot of compliments on my haircut from people

I had an amazing experience with Destiny! She cut my hair exactly the way I wanted very professional and precise. She was also very kind, friendly, and pleasant to talk to. I’m so happy I chose her for my haircut and will definitely come back again!
