I started my company in Stafford street, and Sarah was amazing, very professional in all we need, the office spaces is always clean and welcoming. I am definitely recommend it, specially if you are starting a new company and need affordable office space.

Had a very bad experience with this company. In my opinion they would rather lose a customer than spend 20 bucks to make something right. I see that many of their properties have a high vacancy rate now - wonder why? I advise anyone to be very very careful and hire a lawyer before signing a lease with them - the money they save by not following through on promises is apparently spent on attorney fees to very carefully word things in the lease that make it "sound" normal while you're actually getting bamboozled.
