The staff was great about my needing to reschedule Felix’s kitten appointment multiple times. Dr. Cutler explained why Felix probably needed to have his first round of kitten shots again and the pros and cons of different vaccines, and he was mindful of Felix needing to be socialized at the vet some before having procedures that might make him hate going. I was looking for a local vet who will care about my pets’ long-term wellbeing, and I’m glad to have found it!
