One of the worst salon experiences we have ever had. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I took my daughter to this salon for a nail service, and what they did to her nails was absolutely unacceptable. The polish application was uneven, messy, and patchy, with no proper finishing at all. This was my first time at this nail salon, and unfortunately it was very very very bad. I only asked for a simple French tip, nothing complicated at all, but the result was the worst French tip I’ve ever had. The shape was uneven, messy, and poorly done. The tips were not straight, not clean, and looked rushed and unprofessional. I had to keep looking at my nails in disbelief because they were done so badly. I had a great experience here. It was a pleasure to meet Selena as she was very accommodating and very professional. My nails looked cleaner and prettier than the inspirational picture Selena worked by.
Very bad experience. Customer service is not good . My nail polish came off completely as soon as I reached home that day. I will never back to them again. I have pics too. I have pictures too.
Great service, very organized with appointments - you don't have to wait long. Very clean and friendly staff
