Tracy and her nail techs are some of the kindest people around. I have been going to cuties consistently for quite a few years and have had a great experience every time. They do quality work for a reasonable price. Tracy and her team treats their customers with respect and the utmost kindness!
Very disappointed with our experience. I came in for my regular gel refill and treated my mom to a pedicure. My mom forgot her glasses and simply wanted my opinion on a nail colour. Instead of showing a little patience or kindness, the manager rudely shoved the colour basket toward her and said, “Your daughter is busy.” My mom was nothing but polite and respectful, which made the interaction even more upsetting to witness. I go in to have 4 finger nails done, and every time, the staff have been very pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommend this place as the service is fantastic.
