We walked into the store & no one was around. We walked to the back part (which this store is set up ackwardly), & I guess the girl that was wearing a disheveled scrub top worked there. Not once did she acknowledge us. Horrible service.

We bought a wedding dress for my daughter in law noticed it needed to be cleaned which it was weird because it’s a new dress. Been getting the run around about the dress. Took the brides mades in to get their dresses horrible service ended up somewhere else. Had nothing but unprofessional service since we first got the dress .

We special ordered a prom dress from this store. THEY took the measurements and ordered the size THEY recommended. I contacted them to let them know that the dress was WAY too small. They said we could bring it back (280 miles one way) and they would remeasure and reorder. NO REFUND AND NO STANDING BEHIND THEIR MEASUREMENTS. So Disgusted !! See the picture....we’re not talking about an inch or two!

I walked in, found a dress and they told me I had to get measured. I got measured and they guaranteed me the measurements were correct and then we had to online order a dress and the size they picked they said would fit perfectly or a little loose.. dress came and it was a joke, the zipper won’t even get close enough to zip. We called to get a refund because they guaranteed us that the dress would fit, and they said no refunds all sales are final. They definitely are the best store In billings!! So considerate! I told them a price range and they found something amazing just for me! Love the dress and service! Definitely going back! :)
