Annette is the BEST groomer I have ever met. My dog suffers from extreme separation anxiety. Annette graciously grooms my girl as soon as I drop her off & she comes out looking like a show dog and de-stressed. Highly recommend.
Had an early morning appointment; arrived on time. Called multiple times throughout day for update; no answer or will call when ready. At 5 PM went to salon and they were “finishing up” as they were behind because the shampoo girl did not show. Dog had no food, in cage all day; would not confirm that the dog had been out of cage all day. Dog unhappy and distressed as was I.
My little poodle came home with ear mites. She will not be going back again.
We brang our dog there before and she came back multiple times with cuts on her stomach. She said our dog Ellie was moving around too much so that’s how she got cut but we know from multiple other dog groomers she doesn’t! We had a appointment with them for today. I tried to call 5 times yesterday and cancel but it. Today my wife gets a call that she owes $5 dollars for a cancellation fee. She is in the hospital having a procedure done and couldn’t answer!
