Was at trenton street fair where my sister was rushed in to ordering. I kindly said ask her if they will be at allen park street fair! This lady looked at my sister and said, wow they don't like you! This is uncalled for and I can still have my sister cancel!
Great store manager, Ken Coker, honest, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all about sales. Made me comfortable buying a knife knowing I'm not being ripped off!
Went to the Cutco store in Novi, MI. Tonight for a cooking demonstration. Ken was great. Very personable, made a nice recipe, showed how to make it. He runs a very nice store. The knives are great. Had some of ours for 45 years and still love them.
