If you want a honest review I’ll give you one. The gym is not bad they have a variety but not a lot of the same machine for example you will end up waiting for something forever and you’ll never get to use it cause everyone is using it. The sauna sucks the sensor is covered so it never really gets hot in there as well as the owner put a scent that burns your throat in the sauna. I cannot recommend this gym. While the equipment itself is adequate, the environment and behavior of individuals within the facility have made it impossible for me to continue my membership. I have experienced multiple interactions with trainers and groups of men that left me feeling uncomfortable, objectified, and distressed. Great gym, they have all machines that are needed to get a great solid workout in every time. Plenty of cardio options as well. Big change rooms, showers & steam room. Plenty of options at front desk for protein/energy bars/drinks. Would recommend to anyone that's a gym rookie or a seasoned vet.
Great gym for bodybuilding and real strength training. Great community
