The haircut was pretty mid, and I specifically asked for my beard and mustache to be shaved. They barely touched it and didn’t actually use a shaver—just clippers with no attachment. Definitely not worth paying an extra $5 for. I can get a better haircut and a better deal at On Pointe Barber Shop, or plenty of other places during the week for around $25. I visited with my stylist (Kim Mack) for a cut and color. As always, for the past 3+ years I am not disappointed. Her skills are exceptional and extremely welcomed after a lengthy time trying to locate a "True Professional !!. The entire Cut Bar Staff have displayed their professionalism in my presence at all times during my visits. Unfortunately, I'm truly concerned for the health of the customers and staff after my observations of the environment during these years. Great cuts! Good music and very professional
I want to say that this place cuts hair good but the customer service is horrible! I walked in and there were no signs around showing what forms of payment were accepted. I asked them after my first sons hair was finished how much it would be.. i have never spent $$35 on a KIDS HAIRCUT.. Fast forward i did not have a issue paying the money what i had a issue with is after discussing what forms of payment was accepted. WORSE EXPERIENCE OF MY BROTHERS LIFE!!! Whoever the lady is with the short peacock hair is VERY RUDE AND NASTYYYY!!! Do not recommend! She yelled at my child as well when she only had to use the restroom! She is 10 years old, my brother hated the environment and the customer service!
