Son’s haircut was great but the person doing mine was clearly inexperienced it seemed or just came in from a Friday night bender, late and did my hair terribly. Would not go back.
Updating my review to reflect how unsatisfied I am with this place. I am surprised it is still in business. Not 1, but 2 of my barbers who have worked here have been ripped off and treated unfairly by the owners. The staff are unprofessional & have a 16 year old who sweeps who makes out with their boyfriend in the back. The staff don’t give a crap about you, and frankly the images of cuts I have seen come out of this place have completely diminished any and all respect, or trust I have. Esther straightened my hair BEAUTIFULLY. I never let anybody outside of family touch my hair and was so weary of letting a stranger straighten my 3b hair. Esther though? She did her job so well. 10/10. Especially for the price. She also was super fun to talk to and they let my friend come to the back with me while my hair was being done. Thank you Esther!!!!
So unprofessional
Am thankful this cut was cheap enough and that his hair will grow back. Not impressed with the hacked ends and uneven trims at the back. Next time I guess I’ll take son to the barbers. Pic of what was asked for (stylist said able to do it) and pics up what we ended up with. :( granted pictures taken at home a few hours later however it didn’t look remotely like photo when we left and had to get to a doc appointment so didn’t make a fuss leaving the store- not recommended to take kids too at all.
