I have had a array of bad experiences from this one salon. I went in to get a hair cut told them where my hair parted and the lady said it DIDN'T MATTER! It does ladies, if you don't want a tail it does. After the hair cut I realized that the lady had messed it up and without telling me decided to cut my hair in a different way in the back to cover up her mistake.
