Marcelo is an outstanding professional. His technique, care, and consistency always exceed expectations. Every visit feels personal — I leave not only looking better, but feeling better too. CUT ONE is lucky to have him. Highly recommend his work.
I make an appointment with Marcelo , I drove 30 min to arrive on time ! And he did a mistake and booked me for hair cut instead of highlights He didn’t have time to do the highlights so he sent back home !!! When I asked the front desk if there is anyone els cause I’m already there they told me no sorry . Unbelievable! No matter how good you are if your customer service is sucks it’s not worth it!!!
Scheduled an appointment. They require a credit card in case you cancel. Day of appointment, stylist Tori decides to cancel. Shouldn't this policy go both ways??? Won't ever try them again.
Awesome place I cut my hair with Taylor She’s a a master stylist always takes her time and leaves you looking clean.
