I was tired of the intimidating, over-crowded health club scene, Customized Nutrition and Exercise offers a warm, friendly alternative. They have Xbox 360 with Madden game to distract me while I do my cardio. Everyone at CNE is so friendly and helpful. They have the best protein smoothies in town!
