We had the pleasure of working with Rico for our wedding on 10/4/13. We were lucky enough to come across his business card at a bakery where we did a cake tasting, and boy we are glad we did. From the moment I first spoke with Rico over the phone, he was friendly, flexible and enthusiastic about food. His menu really sold us because he served a variety of food. Hiring Customized Catering to do my wedding was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding! Not only was the food amazing but Rico customized the menu to my wants and needs and for the best price I had seen from all the caterers I went to. He made my wedding that much better.
