RecommendedFriendly and Prompt staff. Dr Tran is the best
I have tried to reach you guys multiple times and my calls don't get returned!! You gave me replacement contacts -.5 and my prescription is -5.0.... I've left messages and nothing. I am not sure what has changed but your customer service has gone out the window.

CustomEyes Vision Care has a caring and personable staff. There is no lengthy wait time. Dr Tran is knowledgeable. Great selection of frames too.

Although, the staff are very nice and friendly. I had the worst experience with CustomEyes Vision Care and will not be going back. I had to go back multiple times for prescription adjustments and they ordered the wrong prescription.
