Junk junk junk liar thieves look under your steering columns folks he put GPS tracking devices in them and he screwede over.his mechanic let alot slip
After waiting for 2 hours for them to pick up our vehicle to make repairs (arrangement made a week in advance). They called us at approximately 3 hours to tell us their boss wouldn't let them come out in the rain. I've never heard of such of thing, this business wasted our time and cost me money because I was unavailable to work because we needed the repairs done. This business made me very angry.
Well I looked at a few cars mostly junk and scott who is the owner kept saying there is good cars, WELL THERE Not.
they sell crap cars from auto auctions and half arent inspected all junk and the owner is cheap.
It's so nice to go into a place of buisness and just feel so comfortable there very proffesional but at the same time laid back and It made my car buying experience different than any other used car lot in the lehigh valley area and the salesman Rich treats you more like a friend than a customer hes not just after your money he puts you in a car that makes you happy and can actually answer mechanic questions about the car when it's needed. and the mechanic Ed was more than willing to help me with some general questions I had... read more
My wife and I needed tires for her jeep. We live in the Allentown area. After calling our local places we found that they either didn't have the right size or we just simply couldnt afford them. Customer 1 auto had exactly what we needed and at a good price too. The staff was extremely helpful and patient with us. I would recommend them to anyone.
Like the place like the people and love the cars. I was astounded by the way Ed talked to me he's a great guy.
