Very happy with my experience. Craig came out to give us a bid. He came out again to help me pick out my colors. Then the day came to start the project and the guys drew sample lines to help me visualize how big/small the pattern would be. The crew kept us informed as they completed the steps to the project. The crew was very conscientious about cleaning up after themselves. Very satisfied with our new patios.
I'm sure they do great work, unfortunately my appointment for a bid was lost in their system, and I waited around for a no-show. I valued their time and opened up my schedule to accommodate their schedule. Expectations weren't met, so this is why I rated them as 1-star.
Very professional, timely work, and excellent results. They matched our existing concrete perfectly to the new patio by resurfacing. Highly recommended.

Customcrete did an outstanding job installing an epoxy floor in my garage. When I hire a company to do some work in my home, I expect them to do what they promise and Customcrete went above and beyond my expectations. I would give them my highest recommendation.

Poor communication co-owner had appt with me today. Didn't show or call. Left message on voice mail over the weekend, didn't get a call back. Had a nice opportunity for them to do some pool deck finishing. Shame.
