As a G.I. center we spent over $120,000 at the start of the year for two brand new double bay machines. In my 30 years in G.I. this is the absolute worst equipment ever! Not only are they completely unreliable, breakdown constantly, but their customer support is no better than their machines. If these were the last scope washing machines on earth I would find another way to process scopes.
