CTS had my lawn for 3 years, with lukewarm results. Got rid of most of the weeds, but could never achieve the thickness or color achieved by other services in the neighborhood. You can find cheaper options out there that provide a similar 8-treatment program. Arguably the worst part is the communications/service. You'll be lucky if you receive an email reply. Scheduling is very spotty and often happened only after I called to inquire about it.
