all the guys at custom truck were friendly, efficient, and professional. i bought a rear sliding window over the phone to replace a broken one. ken knew exactly what i needed, the price was good, and when it arrived, i was called right away. because i have my own business, i couldn't make it over to them for several weeks. however, when i did call them, they got me in within a couple of hours. i was only there maybe 20 minutes, and they were done. man, i wish EVERY business was as good as these guys. thanx team!!!

Great customer service and good community company. Sales and installation teams are A+. They are willing to help find the right parts or help you choose other preferable options. Many years of knowledge of the industry, the guys at South City and Redwood City can accommodate all customer questions with professionalism and accuracy. Spanish translators available onsite as well

Got a tool box for my 1992 ford ranger. Costed me less than 400$ plus the installation is free. The guy who help me was named Pat he is one of the owners. This guy knows his stuff!

I contacted them to get a quote for my vehicle. Manny contacted me the next day,so I decided to ask more questions and Ken advised me to see Manny so I can have a better selections of wheels and tires in-store. So I came that weekend to inquire about lifting my SUV,getting New set of wheels and tires and also changing the shocks.Manny is very helpful in helping me to choose the right stuff for my SUV. I've driven by this place for years thinking that they mainly did camper shells, tow hitches, racks, etc. I'm more than happy to admit that I SEVERELY underestimated what these guys could do for a truck. I brought my 2016 F150 XLT in to see if these guys could help me decide on which wheels and tires would give me the look I was going for. Customer service is pretty good overall. Granted, I should not have to call to find out that my $3,800 shell arrived. Install seemed to go fairly well, although they seem to be kind of rough with things. The new shell has at least one scuff mark, and they managed to not give too much concern for the paint below the tail light where they do a lot of the work to tie the shell into the truck. Once again, the time it takes to read reviews of a local business is worth it's weight in gold. This truck accessory company has a wide audience on the Peninsula and they have a very large inventory to browse through. I had a truck bed cover that I wanted installed on my new F 150 and they were most helpful to schedule me for an install. Had a guy do the install who has been at it for over 15 years and all though my kit had more parts than these guy's have seen in a while, he made quick work of it and it looks great. Great guys and great service adding a Bestop Sundowner for Hardtop and Smittybilt rock rails to our 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. They ordered the parts and had them delivered and installed within two weeks. Highly recommended!
