Bought the hubby a gift cert for a spray in bedliner for Christmas - super easy, super nice guy in the office. My husband just got the work done, easy to schedule, clean job, on time and the truck bed looks GREAT - happy hubby!

I needed to get a tail light bar installed so I brought it in and they were all very helpful and polite. While Ken was installing the light I spoke with Chad about future mods I wanted to do on my truck and he have me honest feedback and quotes for everything. The light bar was installs quickly and efficiently. I definitely recommend this place for your aftermarket truck needs! I will be back!

I came in and ordered my tool box for the back of my Tundra. Chad took my order, wrote it up, ordered it and called me 2 days later when it was delivered. He said the installation was free because I am a veteran. I came in on Saturday for my free installation. I was in and out the door in 45 minutes. With that kind of service I don't care about the price. They did what they could to make it a good experience. They have my vote and I am very picky as you can see by some of my other reviews

I needed to install a hitch on my 2011 MBZ E350. Called many places and either the quotes were steep or they needed my car for the entire day. Some places wouldn't even call back or return my email. Not saying names but will rob you blind. Anyhow I called this place and spoke with Chad, told me to come down and he'll give me a estimate to be more accurate. Custom Truck in Redwood City was great. I called regarding parts i needed for my Ford F-150 and they were polite and so helpful over the phone. That alone made me feel welcomed as a customer. When I made the visit to their location they didn't have the exact lighting i needed for my truck but instead of just turning me away they referred me to other business in the area that would assist me. This place is an awesome spot to get stuff for your rig. I went to look at bed tool boxes for a new truck I bought, and Kenny answered all my questions honestly with no pressure to buy. He even installed the bed box for free, while we had a nice conversation. I will return here for more stuff for my truck and recommend them to everyone I know.

I sent an email inquiry about the price of a trailer hitch. Within a few hours I received a quote and was told to either call or just come in when or if I was ready. I called the next day to schedule the work, and he even REDUCED the price from the quote(!) and told me to come in whenever was convenient.
