Love them! Custom is the best to work with -- very friendly and professional, from the phone receptionist to the termite inspectors. Never late, sometimes early, and always willing to come back if you have any trouble. And because they're a small business, they remember you and can get to know them.
Highly Recommend Good local company providing quality termite and pest control. I've dealt with the likes of Aardvark in Raleigh previously, and this company blows them away on customer service. As the last reviewer indicated, they are always on time, and the main office always calls to remind you when your next service call is due.
