I recently got my first bit of ink from Troy Garris. It was a great experience. He talked me through each stage of the process, was very knowledgeable and easy going. He did a phenomenal job on the artwork and even though it hasn't healed yet I have been getting compliments on it. I highly recommend him and Custom Tattoo.
