Great overall experience. Our pool was started and completed 1 month ahead of schedule. Josh and his crews were great to work with. A+ work.
Edit to this review: it took a lot of reaching out but he is now actively trying to help the situation. Just don’t use them. I have given him so many chances and he just point blank ignores you. Our pool install was dropped in the wrong spot. Trampoline and fence was destroyed by their equipment. And this is my pool less than a year later. I’ve asked several times for them to come seal off the concrete as we believe that’s why this is happening and again no response. I’m done with it. Josh was amazing in the whole process. From start to finish it went so smooth and fast. He answered all our questions and delivered well beyond his promise. We are so glad we made this investment and we’ve gotten so much use out of it already. I would recommend Josh and Custom Pools to anyone. It started a whole new relaxing chapter for our family.
