I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of accountability at this shop. I brought my car in to get the windows tinted, but they used the completely wrong tint percentage/type than what we had agreed upon. When I noticed the mistake and brought it to their attention, they completely refused to help or rectify the situation. The staff at Sun Control are awesome!! They are so professional and helpful! No matter if you come in with an exotic supercar or a Mazda Cx-5, they treat your vehicle with the upmost respect!! The Formula One Stratos window film is incredible and worth every penny!!!
I took my car to Custom Sun Control for my front window tint, and I was not disappointed. They were professional, knowledgeable and very careful with my care. Mind you, I had just bought the car a week ago, so I was very worried about having scratches on it. They completed my window tint within an hour, and without any scratches.
