I would not recommend this company to anyone, given my experience with them today. Upon arrival, it was discovered a breaker had tripped in the garage, preventing immediate access to the sprinkler control panel. While I attempted to resolve the issue, within minutes, one individual became extremely volatile and condescending, yelling profanities and throwing equipment around. Disappointed. Poor customer communication, volitile when confronted about poor communication, billed additional for 30+ pmt when expressed work was not completed. Threatened with sending bill to collections when they FINALLY decided to communicate. There is a very basic problem here, way to much work and to few people working. They need some help so that they can actually have some level of customer service. Basic business growth problems..... fix it.
