I dropped off my daughter’s car to have a key fob installed. Was told $99 on phone and then they said $75 when I dropped it off. When we picked it up the bill was $167!!! No one called to let me know the bill would be over DOUBLE the amount quoted!!!
They use to be a good place to go but not anymore.After they get your money your done.You never get a manager that can make a decision but when they do they try to put it on you.Bad Bad Business
I bought a remote car starter for my daughters car for her birthday. Paid $129 and was told there might be an up charge depending on her car make/model (2015 Honda CRV) - when I got there they charged me a $149 up charge! My daughter lives out of town - she came here specifically to get the car starter - I didn't say anything at the time because she was right there and this is supposed to be a happy time. Very bad management. Went to get my windows tinted couldn’t get hold of anyone went in got it tinted and it looked like total crap. Watched the guy pick up the phone didn’t answer just hung it up and said “I don’t have time for this” Told me to wait 2 months it’s just water bubbles. Never went away came back the bubbles just moved places. 3 months later started peeling told them to rip it off and give me my money back and wouldn’t give me my money back. Very bad business
Read my review on Yelp! Awful place! Third time there ..... had a appt kept my car all weekend ..... told them I want my money back in autostart! I’ll go somewhere else for good/ reliable service! Don’t fall for the game .... drop off your car it’ll be ready tomorrow! When I left tonight guy in waiting room was there because his son’s car had been there 5 days and it still was not done! Trust me go somewhere else!
POOR MANAGEMENT AND SALESPEOPLE made an appt. a week in advance for my speakers to be call 4hrs later saying they didn't think they were going to be able to get to my car that day. so when I went to pick it up the guy that came in after me that morning car was being done. so I guess since he had $1600 worth and mine was only$200 they could send me home pissed because at least they didn't lose the 1600 dollar sale just the 200....and a customer.
This company suck, try to save some money by using Groupon but when you get there they will nickel and dime, end up paying more than the double price that you use Groupon. They do not even know how to do their job and I wonder how can they stay in business for a long time. Bring a car for my son to install the car starter for the winter time as a gift for his first car, right after installing the device, they already mess it up, I have to bring it back to get it to fix and guess what, It only lasts for one day, the next it c... read more
