Probably some of the best customer service ever. Daniel was very knowledgeable and not too pushy. He definitely recommended me the best options to get the premium sound I was looking for, and it even saved me money. Dan is the man and is who I'll be sending my referrals to.

Had a custom box built for 4 jl 10's in my f250. Box was built on time and fits great. Don't know what it sounds like yet as I haven't installed the jl amp to push them.
Customer service was great. Had trouble with the back tint on my car so had to redo 3 times. Don't blame them since the body style was very curved and new. They stayed after closed to make sure it got done as promised. Outcome - car looks outstanding!
Took my car in to have a remote start installed on 2/20/17. On the phone I was told they could not guarantee it would be done before 7 pm even though I was dropping it off at 10 am but day of arrival they said they would have it done as soon as possible for me. They finished in roughly 2.5 hours. All 3 of the gentlemen I came across in the store were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I called the Austin location to check stock on a particularly hard to find dash kit. They did not have one, but the Burnet Rd location "did." I asked the gentleman to please call ahead and hold it for me as I would be there in an hour to pick it up. After driving from Burnet Tx- three counties away, I get to the Burnet Rd. store to pick it up.
