I came into to the shop today asked him how much to install a radio the Manger tried to sell me one I told him I bought one off line he got a bad attitude and treated me different because I bought one off line and not in his store. will never come back. I came in earlier In the week to buy a radio and install it was $200 and I came in today he said $200 for just a radio install. THE MANGER
I won a judgement against this custom sounds almost 10 years back. The judge ordered the manager to refund my money and my court cost for a speaker system they wouldn’t let me return. I still haven’t received a dime from custom sounds. But hey it’s okay, The judgment has interest attached to it so the longer it goes unpaid, the more money they will pay in the end.

1. when you quote an install include the 100 bypass that you know you are going to need. 2. Don't be 20 minutes late opening the store because you are picking up your employees. 3. when you take the time to email a customer to confirm their order, may want to add that they will be getting the same part order just under the name of a sister brand. 4. When making an appointment 16 days out from purchase for install may want to take that into consideration when denying refund because it is over the 14 day policy.
RecommendedUpgraded my Jeep Rubicon HR's headlights and fog lights. Not only do they look fantastic but they work amazingly well. The install was seamless thanks to the amazing staff at Custom Sounds & Tints. I had no idea this place does any lighting but a friend referred me. Really happy I took his suggestion to come here. The customer service from everyone in the store was truly phenomenal. Aaron (the manager) helped me and was beyond knowledgeable. I'll be back soon to customize more of the Jeep.
This place is not recomendable .... Came in and the person never left the phone to even attend us... Never will i come in nor buy here ... And yes i have money if they were thinking im a poor mexican 😠😡😠 poor attention to clients !!!!!
