After installing a stereo they didn't even check to make sure everything worked. Silly me thinking that
Went there to have head unit and back up camera installed and actually ended up buying subs amp and box all from them. Went smooth until they placed my backup camara in a spot that covers my registration and state. I payed $300 for labor warranty and they wouldn't even move camara. After I got pulled over twice. They also had two different labor charges and different misc charges on my bill totaling to over well over $500 just in the two labor fees. The shop manager is very friendly and very knowledgeable also the installer is very friendly as well they will work with you and make sure you have the absolute best experience at the shop and the staff at this location are absolutely wonderful i highly recommend this shop to everyone In the area best in the area Luke is the man at this location
Had my silverado tinted yesterday Austin and John took care of me. Made me feel right at home. The cutter for the tint was down and I was waiting. So John took it upon himself to hand cut my tint so I didn’t have to wait for a tech to come fix it. Never had better customer service in my life. Would recommend them hands down.
Spent about $3,700 on a new system, I'm talking the works! Unfortunately after 10 months the Pioneer radio started shutting down randomly, so we took it back. At first we were told it was under warranty and could be replaced, then we were told it had to be shipped out for repair. They estimated it would be 4-6 weeks. At Week 8 (yes, 8!) Speakers blew 3 times that I got that they said they could handle my amp. I can keep going but I was raised if you don't have any thing nice to say don't say anything.
I'll never shop at Custom Sounds again, got quoted a price of $300 Friday for installation of a amp,which I purchased at custom sounds, arrived Sunday morning and the price was tripled. All i got was I'm sorry we messed up.
