Whatever your having done will, and I mean WILL take all day. Don't bother making an appointment. It won't matter. There will be something, "unexpected" happen or they WILL be "short handed". Don't call them to check on the vehicle you dropped off at 10am cause you would like to know if it will be done by 4. I was told, and I quote, " Yeah, if you'd like it done incomplete." The worse service ever!!! After getting my wondows tinted my door wouldnt open. That is NOT what I paid $200 for! I go back up and they admit that it was something they did. Why nit tell me that when i picked up the car. Their solution, take it to the dealership and we will cover the bill. Bullshyt!!! Im beyond pissed with this place!
3 times I've been to locations and 3 times I've been completely ignored. 1 time I was there 15 minutes and no service. 2 time I was there I was there 30 minutes and ignored again. 3rd time was enough. I was there 20 minutes and surprise, ignored again. Every time people coming in after me by a minute or minutes were always greeted and served while I was never acknowledged once. There is an obvious reason only 19 people "like" this business on Facebook. They have no idea how to take care of the customer. My husband spoke to Aaron on the phone about his truck and just from the conversation I could tell this guy was a complete jerk. He was rude and tried rushing my husband off the phone. We have used them many times over the years and it used to have a good reputation but I'm sorry to say that is no longer true. If you must use them please ask for someone other than Aaron. ive learned my lesson with dealing with these people..as ive just read they are all about the money...each time i went in there to have my order set up i noticed the price kept going up and no one could tell me why...then when i opted to have my own processer installed it went up $290 the guy that was supposed to have done it really didnt wanna mess with it .i dont think he knows what the hell hes doing to be honest.. but is stayed the corse..only to have them call me after having my car for two days and say am i gonna pay a... read more
